Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please make sure to read and understand the following policy rules before making a purchase. Feel free to contact me with any questions or disputes HERE. 

Payment is required prior to scheduling any session. 

All appointments cannot be scheduled less than 24 hours in advance or more than three weeks in advance.

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session date/time to the email address healthcoachgenesis@gmail.com with the subject line reading “CANCELLATION”. Failure to notify a cancellation by the required time will result in a full charge for the missed session. If notified within the allotted time frame, Client will be permitted to reschedule the missed session.

If the package or sessions are terminated, Client is responsible for paying the remainder of the value in full, even if cancellation occurs before the coaching package or program ends. Refunds will not be issued, however remaining balances can be transferred to future dates or other persons as "credit". Credits will remain available for three months from the termination date before they are no longer available for use or transfer.

Private coaching packages paid in full will have six months from purchase date to redeem all sessions. Any unused sessions after six months without cancellatio
n notice will not be refunded and cannot be used as credit. Group packages have preassigned dates/times and must be used accordingly- they cannot be transferred to a later group coaching program but instead may be refunded before the start of the first group session (at least 48 hours before), transferred to another name, or saved as credit towards private coaching sessions that remain available for 6 months following purchase date.

Packages that are paid weekly (rather than in-full) will be automatically charged to the credit card or method of payment on file once a week following first purchase date. Sessions cannot be booked more than once per week to ensure weekly payment processes. Sessions that are automatically charged by the week if not used will remain available session credits until redeemed by Client at any point thereafter. Client has six months from first purchase date to redeem any remaining sessions. Any unused sessions after six months will not available for refund, transfer, or credit.
