Public Speaking Opportunities

Educating a team or group on health and wellness is an excellent way to promote unity and support improving the quality of life for those you care about. (Plus they're fun and informative!)

I offer flexible public speaking contracts to private and public groups, from one-time seminars to regular, longer-term programs. Specific topics can be requested if desired. Rates are based on travel and length of speaking time; please send an email with details to receive a quote and to discuss details.

Corporate Wellness

Companies large and small can benefit greatly from increased morale, team building, and productivity by introducing employees to health coaching in a group setting. Sample topics might include work-life balance, caring for the body in an office setting, avoiding the afternoon slump, finding motivation in daily tasks, etc.

Sports & Academic Teams

Optimal health is especially important for athletes and scholars no matter the age or level: performance in any aspect will always be limited by physical and mental health. Motivation and education on relevant health subjects is highly valuable for school and private sports teams, classrooms or assemblies, adult schools, gyms, and clubs.

Religious Groups & Parishes

Did you know the Bible actually talks a lot about health? The body and soul are sacredly intertwined, so strengthening our faith on the inside must come with caring for the "temple" on the outside. This is the perfect opportunity to get a guest speaker for a sermon, bible study or small group, or more specific focuses with youth/women's/men's groups.

Military & First Responders

We rely on these critical community members to take care of the public's health and safety, but what about their own wellness? High pressure jobs with long hours and demanding conditions require support in making sure their needs are met first, now and into the future: the impact on health often lingers long after retirement/deployment.

Equine Programs, Stables, Barns, & Riding Clubs

Due to my riding background, I have a soft spot for equestrians- we tend to put our horses and their needs well before our own! Riding is a very physically and mentally demanding sport, so ignoring our own health will not only affect how well we ride, but how much we enjoy it (and your horse will notice the difference too!)
